Please contact 2000 Cranes by e-mail within 15 days of final delivery.

2000 Cranes will issue a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges (less any duties paid by the customer) once we receive the item back unused and in resellable condition.

Buyer accepts responsibility for shipping charges (including insurance) back to 2000 Cranes.  Please understand that we can only refund return shipping charges if the return is a result of any error or misrepresentation on our part.

Sales are considered final 15 days after final delivery.

"Final delivery" is the time when the package is signed for and the last entry on the EMS/UPS tracking service.

Credit card charges will be refunded on the same credit card only.
