Description
Wada Hiroaki is the fourth generation of ceramic artists at Kotoura Kiln. He has trained for years under his father, Wada Tōzan, learning how to shift his creative energy between the precise and sophisticated world of Kyoto porcelain and the raw, unrefined world of wood-fired pottery. Like his mentor, he has proven himself equally adept at both.
This haiyū (ash glazed) cup by Wada Hiroaki makes a fine addition to any saké vessel collection.
