Ash glazing specialist Ikai Yūichi follows a new creative tangent and proudly introduces this stately shinshayū tsubo jar.  Shinshayū, or cinnabar glaze, is a copper glaze denoted by its deep reds, and this piece came from the kiln enrobed in a cascade of crimson hues.  It promises to attract quite a lot of attention and makes the ideal centerpiece for any larger room.
